1 General Terms

Welcome to cm77. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and cm77 ("We", "Us", "the Platform", "cm77"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services accessible at cm77.bio. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active cm77 account, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

cm77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity — including a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification — at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by cm77 will result in the suspension of the account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be permanently closed with immediate effect. All funds deposited by the underage player will be returned to the original payment source after any applicable mandatory verification procedures are completed. No winnings accrued during the period of underage access will be paid out under any circumstances.

3 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) single account on the cm77 platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by any single player — regardless of the email address, mobile number, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering a cm77 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the cm77 support team immediately via live chat.

• Maximum deposit: Varies by payment method and account verification level. Fully verified accounts enjoy the highest available limits.
• Deposit processing time: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are credited to your cm77 wallet in real time — typically within 60 seconds of a confirmed mobile money transaction.
• Deposit fees: cm77 does not charge any platform-side fee on standard deposits. Your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own service charges, for which cm77 bears no responsibility.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. Standard withdrawals are processed within minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

Player funds held within cm77 accounts are maintained separately from the platform's operational funds at all times. cm77 does not use player deposit balances for any operational, administrative, or commercial purpose.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

cm77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 for new players, reload bonuses during BPL and IPL season, cashback promotions, free spins on selected slot titles, and seasonal event promotions timed around Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and the T20 World Cup calendar.

All cm77 bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the cm77 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and the standards of fair and honest participation expected of all members of the cm77 player community. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cm77 platform:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, payment, or customer support interaction.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one cm77 account, whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or using another person's identity or payment details.
• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to the cm77 platform by any person under the age of 18, including sharing your account credentials with a minor.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any cm77 game, particularly in multiplayer card game formats such as Poker and Callbreak Quick.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback, dispute, or reversal of any deposit transaction with your bank or mobile money provider without first raising the matter with cm77 support.

Any player found to have engaged in one or more of the above prohibited activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balance and pending withdrawals associated with the prohibited activity, and permanent account closure. cm77 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity — including money laundering and fraud — to relevant law enforcement authorities without prior notice to the player.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

cm77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the registered player is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the player themselves.
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligation requiring account restriction.
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months).

Where an account is closed by cm77 due to a confirmed Terms violation, any remaining balance derived from legitimate, non-violating activity may be returned to the player at cm77's discretion after a compliance review. Balances derived from or associated with the violating activity will be forfeited without recourse.

Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your cm77 account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live chat support team. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any active bonus balances will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within one business day.

Inactive account policy: Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. cm77 will attempt to notify the player at their registered email address before applying any administrative fee to an inactive account balance. Players wishing to reactivate an inactive account should contact live chat support.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cm77, its directors, employees, contractors, game studio partners, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the cm77 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gambling decisions, including losses on sports bets, casino games, card games, or slot sessions.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by technical maintenance, network outages, server downtime, or circumstances beyond cm77's reasonable operational control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or partner banking institutions.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any tax liability or legal consequence arising in your jurisdiction as a result of your use of the cm77 platform. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any applicable tax obligations related to gambling winnings in your country of residence.

cm77 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that game outcomes are fair, transparent, and produced by independently certified Random Number Generators. However, in the event of a disputed game outcome, the result logged in the cm77 server records shall be considered definitive. cm77's decision on disputed game outcomes, after review by the relevant internal compliance team, is final.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent court or regulatory authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of all remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and cm77 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter. No waiver by cm77 of any breach of these Terms shall be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
